Major research interests

• Development of geospatial data sets for K-12 education
• Integration of technology into science instruction
• Creation of culturally responsive geospatial datasets

Current Research Projects

 

Development of curricula to enhance spatial literacy
Creation of a national model for improving the teaching and learning of science in grades 5-12 using geotechnology tools and concepts.

  Data analysis and geotechnologies
Using current geotechnology applications to help foster the analysis of data in the science classroom
